2. Services

CoreLifeLabs acts as a diagnostic service provider and/or aggregator for pathology and health check-up services through associated NABL-certified and partner laboratories.

Services include:

  • Blood tests

  • Health packages

  • Home sample collection

  • Online report delivery

  • Third-party diagnostic coordination

3. Booking & Payments

  • All bookings are subject to availability.

  • Prices may change without prior notice.

  • Full or partial payment may be required before sample collection.

  • Payments made online are processed through secure payment gateways.

4. Sample Collection

  • Customers must provide accurate address and contact details.

  • Sample collection timing may vary due to traffic, weather, or operational reasons.

  • Fasting requirements must be followed where applicable.

5. Reports

  • Reports are generally shared digitally via WhatsApp, email, or website download.

  • Report delivery timelines are approximate and may vary depending on the test type.

  • Critical values may be communicated immediately to the customer.

6. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing correct patient details

  • Following pre-test instructions

  • Consulting a qualified doctor for medical advice and interpretation of reports

CoreLifeLabs does not provide medical treatment or emergency healthcare services.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Bookings may be cancelled before sample collection.

  • Cancellation requests after sample collection may not be accepted.

  • Refund eligibility will be determined as per the Refund Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

CoreLifeLabs shall not be liable for:

  • Delays caused by third-party laboratories

  • Incorrect information provided by customers

  • Technical issues beyond reasonable control

  • Medical decisions taken based on reports without doctor consultation

9. Privacy Policy

Customer information and reports are kept confidential and used only for service-related purposes in accordance with applicable laws.

Refund Policy – CoreLifeLabs Support

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment

  • Test unavailable after payment

  • Cancellation before sample collection

  • Failed sample collection from our side

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be applicable if:

  • Sample has already been collected

  • Test processing has started

  • Incorrect information was provided by the customer

  • Delay occurred due to unavoidable operational reasons

3. Partial Refunds

Certain packages or outsourced tests may be partially refundable after deduction of processing or partner lab charges.

4. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
